I worked 3-11 p.m. the bulk of my career, so when I got out of work each night, I couldn't go right to sleep. Spent several hours winding down. I've been retired for 20 years now. I'm usually up until 4 or 5 a.m. in the morning. I'm not your normal senior citizen.
