I doubt Biden or Obama, or Trump for that matter, could even find Myanmar, Burma, or Constantinople on a map.
Burma really has bad luck, first they have to deal with a Muslim terrorist band, the Rohingyas, but then they also have to deal with THOUSANDS of Karens. Kind of like a Michigan HOA Nightmare
