That’s fake news.
Putin most probably has cancer; many visible symptoms points to that. Just look at his swollen face compared to the days when he was in good condition. The difference is dramatic.
But Putin is not dead yet.

Lastly, Ukraine is not winning since it has only managed to recapture 50% of the Ukrainian land-areas Russia initially stole from them. Some more work needs to be done.
