I've noticed the same in North Texas.
Washington State needs to pay a greater price for their liberalism than just a couple of minor initiatives. Long ago, I would have welcomed a chance to return to Spokane to live and work.
That ship has sailed, though I would like one last visit to Gonzaga before I enter the next plane. So many great memories and friends made during my college days.
I visit my girlfriend in Spokane (actually, Airway heights, out by Fairchild). Spokane hasn’t changed all that much, but there are noticeable homeless in the east part of downtown (not far from Gonzaga) and there is more graffiti and definitely traffic!
