They pay parole taxes (FICA) which are withheld from their pay checks. Most never file returns so the IRS and Treasury love it and keep it.
The only reason employers even take out the FICA is because they need a verifiable record to write off their labor costs.
But how does the illegal alien get a SS# or a tax# to pay FICA, much less get the job in the first place?
I thought it was illegal to employ them under 8 USC 1324a: Unlawful employment of aliens. and The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA).
Not that immigration laws matter anymore.
