Isn’t the burden of financing all of that an unconstitutional taking?
Id never support MANDATING it. Only wondering if that sort of model would be profitable and a feasible way to deal with loss prevention. In fact, id bet local governments would try to PREVENT it. Which to me would be unconstitutional.
