He wants Israel and Ukraine to wage moderate low-intensity wars of self defense, just enough to keep a status-quo situation, but he doesn’t want anyone to win decisively.
Today Biden made that phone-call to Israel... and at the same time the White House demanded that Ukraine stop hitting the many refineries in Russia - because it’s actually successfully crippling Russia’s gas exports! Is Biden afraid that Russia’s economy collapses too abruptly , and he wants to prevent it?
Thus, Biden wants Ukrainians to fight with their hands tied behind their backs!
In the meantime Russia is bombing the civilians in Kharkiv non-stop, Ukrain’s number two city.
Biden isn't in charge of anything except his menu.
