The problem with your logic there Mr Jay is that the 'violent instigators' worked for the government! If there was a maga citizen who was violent, name him/her and what they did that was violent!!!!!!

What is desperately needed is an honest investigation as to what the truth is about January 6, 2021. And if I were conducting that investigation the first person who I would put under oath would be Ms Pelosi........

Sorry, but your assessment that all violent instigators were all government agents is incorrect. Yes they were in the crowd, but don’t kid yourself for one second that everyone else in the crowd were just non violent folks. Majority were, but not remotely all.

Your belief that the crowd was simply two groups government agitators and peaceful MAGA folks is beyond naive. I agree there were government assets in the crowd, trying to stir up trouble, but there were also various groups who went to the capital, and did so by their own admission to be violent and cause trouble, that were NOT government assets.

Those that went there with the full intention of being violent and acted on those intentions, deserve and should be punished, and whether you want to believe it or not, there were indeed groups in the crowd that day who came purely to be violent and cause harm, and they were not all government assets. Those folks do NOT deserve a pardon, and deserve to be punished.

The folks who were not part of that group, and did not engage in violence or malfeasance that day, but simply entered through opened doors and wandered around the capital videotaping themselves, that are sitting in prison sells or facing serious crimes, those folks should indeed be pardoned.

However, if you drove 1000 miles, with a group of compadres, with plans to the capitol in your possession and a plan to breach it, and engaged in smashing windows and doors and forcibly entered the capital and did intentional damage and engaged in violence, then NO, you don’t get a pardon.

Don’t think for one second that everyone that showed up that day had to be simply peaceful maga people, or government assets, that is just not remotely true.
