Trying to bankrupt a conservative website through lawfare. Don't have to convict them of any crime. Just pursue the investigation until V-Dare runs out of money.

Letitia is obviously a child of affirmative action. Had she been born with even average intelligence, she would realise that the ‘migrants’ are being brought here to do the jobs that people of her ilk are incapable of doing.

VDARE registered their non profit in New York - big mistake. Any conservative company or organization needs to get out of New York State now.

You don’t have to like Vdare to be appalled by this end run around the First Amendment

I’ve read Vdare for a long time and remember when they bought the castle for conferences and chose to live on the grounds. It looked dubious.
I know why they wanted a conference center - commercial venues kept canceling on them. But realistically, how does a small foundation maintain a conference center used only a few days a year?
And living on the grounds is too much personal entanglement; it opens them to scrutiny.
None of that justifies an investigation into every email ever received or sent.

Regardless of anything else, the idea that there are “protected classes” within the laws in the United States of America I find abhorrent.
