Always has been more expensive to live alone. I did it for 10 years. You survive. I certainly would not blame taxes! Maybe she should find a roommate.

But this would require becoming an adult and these people don't want to do this. They want to be 22 forever (only with travel money).

Have been single almost all of my 84 years.
OWN all my real estate-—vehicles-—personal property, including horse & dog.
Had some interesting relationships-—but prefer being able to make my own decisions.
ALSO-—I KNOW WHERE SOMETHING IS BECAUSE I AM THE ONLY ONE IN THE HOUSE/GARAGE. I HATE having to search for something someone else had last.
