Lots of Trump supporters didnt bother to turn out because he already has the nomination secured.

Of those motivated to turn out, 20% was for someone else. 100% of those motivated to cast a protest ballot against Trump showed up.
Less than 100% of those who will ultimately vote for him in November showed up, which is understandable in a meaningless primary.
