Fox Business Network host Maria Bartiromo interrupted a Republican congressman live on air after he said being transgender was a "mental illness."
Representative Tim Burchett of Tennessee appeared on Mornings with Maria Bartiromo on Monday, where he was asked about the backlash against Joe Biden's celebration of the Transgender Day of Visibility on Easter Sunday. "On Transgender Day of Visibility, we celebrate the joy, strength, and absolute courage of some of the bravest people I know," Biden said in a Sunday post on X, formerly Twitter. "Today, we show millions of transgender and nonbinary Americans that we see them, they belong, and they should be treated with dignity and respect."
In a statement to Newsweek, Burchett said: "The American Psychiatric Association has recognized gender dysphoria or gender identity disorder as a mental illness for a long time. However, it doesn't take a psychiatry degree to know when a person believes something that isn't true -- like when a man believes he's a woman -- it means there's something wrong.
"A lot of these folks aren't getting the help they need, and if we don't address the issue for what it is, then nothing is going to get better."

Good for Burchett, because there are a lot of Republicans now secretly siding with the LGBT movement. Trump himself stammered and couldn’t answer the simple question of whether a man can become a woman or not, and I would imagine Maria is as usual in perfect lockstep with him.
I think one of the main reasons the elite support this mental illness, is because the brain deformity can result in absolute brilliance at the same time. People who want to harness that mental power, or see mankind advance due to it, are unwilling to call out the sinful nature and perversion that comes along with it.
And Vivek Ramaswamy.

Very sad.
Figures
"The American Psychiatric Association has recognized gender dysphoria or gender identity disorder as a mental illness for a long time. However, it doesn't take a psychiatry degree to know when a person believes something that isn't true -- like when a man believes he's a woman -- it means there's something wrong.
For people suffering from anorexia nervosa, their thoughts surrounding food and their body weight have been altered and have a far-reaching impact on their mental health. If someone decides to model their look after a celebrity or someone they admire, it can lead them to follow their popular nutrition regimen and workout routine to achieve the same results. If following those ideals doesn’t lead to the desired outcome, their goals can quickly spiral into an obsession that leads to an eating disorder like anorexia.
Only the mentally ill and their enablers dare not call it mental illness.
