There’s now a new way for residents and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office to stay in touch with one another. Sheriff David Cirencione unveiled the department’s new app on Monday. He said the app will provide residents with another way to get a hold of police in an emergency.
Cirencione said the app will also allow residents to send police tips on criminal activity. The app is now available to download for free in the App Store and Google Play by searching “Ontario County Sheriff, NY”
Title should read: Ontario County (New York)...
Interesting. Thanks for posting.
I’m sure all the Karens in Ontario County are all getting wet over the prospect ofdownloading and using this new POS app.
“In accordance to HOA regulations Sec 3 p2 3.1 garbage cans must be aligned on the side of the residence (see illustration 13.8) when not on the street on garbage pick up day after 10am. Lewis Ct 4425 is clearly out of compliance, for the third week in a row, and enforcement of the regulation has become far too lax. Immediate action is requested to bring back into compliance.”
What’s this new service called?

As per normal, the cities have more democrats, the small towns, more republicans.
The Sheriff is a conservative republican according to a newspaper article about him.
I don’t see any breakthrough feature here. It sounds like texting. Will somebody be monitoring this 24/7 and then relay the message by radio to the LEOs out there? Maybe an alternative to 911 with lower priority is all I can see from this so yeah a perfect conduit for the Karens.
Great name for a rock band. The Karens.
My sister-in-law, niece and her family live in Ontario County.
