Israel going from crossing into Syria to bomb a weapons cache to crossing into Syria to bomb an embassy there begs the question: has Israel gone stark raving mad?
Are we to provide the weapons for this "self-defense" military excursion, too --- or will they demand US boots on the ground, as well?

When has Israel ever asked for American boots on the ground? You’re letting your imagination run away with you.
This whole thing is nuts. Israel is not the 51st state and there should be limits to our help. We’ve already gone way beyond those limits as it is.
If the embassy (actually a consulate building) is being used to further terrorist activities, then I would think the prohibitions no longer apply.
Granted that way too many people throw around the word “terrorist” just like too many throw around the word genocide. But Quds Force are definitely terrorists.
