Hubby was outside raking, our next-door neighbor came over to tell us he was robbed yesterday.
He was pumping gas as he was leaving town to go see his 98-year-old father in NM when a man came up to him and asked if he had jumper cables to start his car.
Our neighbor had no sooner got the cables when a couple of guys jumped in his truck and drove away.
His wallet with $1,000 cash, credit cards, DL, ect. was in the truck.
Our neighbor is the sweetest guy, would help out anyone, this makes me furious.
It sure doesn’t pay to help people these days.
