It might help to either check your Roku updates or reset your system.
I’ve seen others suggest online it may require deletion of cache or cookies as with a regular computer.
Another suggestion might be to uninstall RAV and reinstall.

RAV is on the Roku app and everything else that I tried on the app is working.
Since Roku put up something on the screen saying program would start momentarily, I’d say it is at their end where the trouble lies.
