As I have stated before, it appears that DOJ, NARA, and WH counsel first attempted to concoct a records destruction case against Trump.

Ferriero, an Obama appointee who called Jan 6 the worst day of his life, also sent an email in June 2021 that he was running out of patience in getting crucial presidential records.
