Senator Lindsey Graham should spend more time focusing on all of the many people being killed because of our now non-existent Border, and the millions of people dying in senseless, never-ending Wars that he constantly favors and promotes, and should spend less time on taking away our Great Roe v. Wade Victory of sending a complicated and controversial Issue back to the States where, according to Highly Respected Legal Scholars on both sides, it belongs. The Democrats are thrilled with Lindsey, because they want this Issue to simmer for as long a period of time as possible. They are destroying our Country, and they don’t want to talk about Inflation, a Bad Economy, the Horrible Open Border, Rigged Elections, Afghanistan, Ukraine/Russia, or the Attack on Israel, all of which would never have happened if I were President. Great job Lindsey!

Trump sues NY Judge Merchan over gag order in Alvin Bragg’s alleged fraudulent docs case

Trump launched a suit against New York Judge Juan Merchan over the gag order imposed in the case

President Donald Trump launched a lawsuit against New York judge Juan Merchan for imposing a gag order on him in Alvin Bragg’s alleged fraudulent business docs case. The case involves the recording of funds paid by Trump to his then-attorney in the lead up to the 2020 election, which were recorded as legal fees in Trump’s records.

Bragg alleges that those funds were used by the attorney to pay porn star Stormy Daniels hush money over an alleged dalliance. The documents of Trump’s suit “were placed under seal, though several outlets have reported that they pertain to the gag order,” The Hill reports.

Trump brought the suit against Merchan on Monday ahead of the trial taking place next week. The order stops Trump from talking about staff at the court and Bragg’s office, members of Merchan’s family, and witnesses.

Trump has said before that some employees at Bragg’s office have a conflict of interest in the case and that Merchan’s daughter is politically motivated against the former president. Merchan’s daughter was also paid about $4 million by Adam Schiff to push a narrative surrounding Russia collusion and Trump.
