This also increases the money in taxes taken out of their checks these people are REALLY STUPID!!!
Also should factor in experienced employees. Those who started at a lower wage and worked their way up to $20 in a few years, now make the same as a new hire walking in the door. They will not like that. The wage increase will need to move up the experience line. Everyone up the line will need a wage increase.
Or, the restaurant can just fire all the experienced employees to avoid paying them over $20 an hour, and hire new employees that would all make just the new minimum wage.
