All the entry level jobs are scooped up by unskilled adults who treat them as career jobs instead of a constant turnover of young workers getting entry level job experience build job skills and work experience. . So our young people become entitled, jobless kids in a society that depends upon unskilled illegal immigrant labors.

I wonder if the Panera bread owner was being a bit too clever. If he keeps his employees wages lower than other fast food places then Panera bread will be perpetually understaffed, until they raise the wages anyway to be competitive .
She is NOT working the register BECAUSE she doesn’t even speak English the interview was done through a translator!! ENOUGH ALREADY!!!
This also increases the money in taxes taken out of their checks these people are REALLY STUPID!!!
