Funny how no one read the entire article. For lines like this:
“Hours later, now-Commissioner Kavanagh and Chief of Department John Hodgens reversed the decision and allowed the flag back on the truck.”
And other things. The entire cast here at FR get a Zero for reading comprehension because they did not read the article. As for me I already heard days ago that the decision had been reversed so I went looking to see if the article mentioned the fact. The article also indicates that the details about how this happened are not as simple as people believe.
