Yet another reason why a constitutional amendment limiting candidate campaign donations to those who can vote for the candidate is needed.
Better: prohibit all tax-exempts from using tax-deductible donations to influence elections or the government in any way. If they want to do that stuff them their donors can pay the taxes.
I have been saying that for years, accepting money as a candidate from someone that can NOT legally cast a vote for you, is the definition of an Act of Bribery.
