Beat me to it....

The San Fernando Valley is old 1960-70’s apartments that have been updated in some cases, mostly not. Now that most of those residents have either died, in a home or fled to red states or OC in the 80-90’s.

The new residents will eventually morph into a prehistoric shanty town. Sad. But inevitable.

san fernando valley had a lot of farm/ranch land in the 40’s-50’s and walnut trees, i was born and raise there in the 50’s and 60’s.
