He was arrested, but the article did not say he is in jail. What is the point of just "arresting" him and telling the recidivist criminal he shouldn't do that?

What is the point of just "arresting" him... Didn't need to even look. NYC has turned into a hellhole and, as a result, I cancelled a family trip. Indeed, I don't want to go to any Democrat controlled city.

They were arrested for a "wilding" spree, violently assaulting other people in the park, that night and then connected to the rape.
They bragged about it and all confessed and / or ratted each other out, in the presence of parents, guardians and / or attornies.
I think the Hispanic, who's DNA was found raped her before or after these demons had their way.
