I have a serious proposal to cure this problem.
1) All employers will be checked. If you are employing an illegal alien, you will be given 3 days to remove the person from your payroll, otherwise, you will face a $500,000 per illegal per day fine. If you provide housing, and provide an illegal alien housing, then the same fines will be issued. This is not an excessive fine per the 8th Amendment, but a calculated average of the year of benefits they would receive.
2) Anyone who is caught providing government benefits to any person without verifying their legal status will be subject to felony treason charges.
3) Anyone who finds an employer providing employment or a housing provider providing housing for an illegal alien will be allowed to collect 10% of any fines that are collected from said employer or housing provider.
4) English will be the official language of the United States. No longer will government forms (outside immigration forms) be allowed to be printed in any language other than English, including voter registration.
5) Any NGO that is working towards getting illegal aliens into America will be disbanded within 48 hours of the passing of the laws. If you are found as an NGO representative to be a US Citizen operating after that time to elicit illegal immigration in America or any other country, you will be arrested for treason.
6) Any politician who attempts to pass laws allowing amnesty, benefits or ease of access to illegal immigrants will be charged with treason. Any president providing any ease of restrictions on illegal immigration will be immediately guilty of high crimes against the United States and removed from office and charged with treason. As well, any assistants who assisted said president with the illegal acts will also be charged with treason.
7) Immigration is a higher priority to the country than any other factor. Any organization or individual who brings lawsuits against the federal government to stop the building of any physical or logical barriers to illegal immigrants will be charged with treason. The Spotted Sand Lizard does not take precedence over a wall to keep out illegal aliens.
8) Anyone found outside the legal points of entry claiming asylum will automatically be barred from asylum claims for a period of no less than 10 years.
9) Anyone who overstays their Visa and attempts to be employed will be removed from America.
10) Simply dropping a baby on the American side of the border does not grant them citizenship. All anchor babies who have an illegal alien residing with them will have their presumption of citizenship stripped and all members of the household who are involved in the illegal entry or overstay will be deported to their country of origin or what their original citizenship would have been, until a trial date can be set to hear their deportation and removal of citizenship.

The crime of treason is very narrowly defined and controlled by the Constitution. Strike #3, #6 and #7 as violating the Constitution, Article 3, Section 3, Clause 1. "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court." Enemies exist only in a state of war.
For #1, the fine of $500,000 per day would almost certainly be struck down as unreasonable.
#6 violates U.S. Const. Art. 1, Sec. 6, Cl 1. "The Senators and Representatives shall receive a compensation for their services, to be ascertained by law, and paid out of the treasury of the United States. They shall in all cases, except treason, felony and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any speech or debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other place." Congress critters are immune from prosecution for their legislative acts.
#9 runs into a problem with execution. Nobody can be deported without the prior consent of the receiving nation, and that nation's provision of travel documents. There are presumably millions of visa overstays.
#10 violates U.S. Const., Amdt. 14, Sec. 1: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside."
#10 entails the non-existent power to remove citizenship.
#10 has deportation occurring before the hearing for deportation. This is pretty much the definition of a violation of due process. There is no trial for deportation. Deportation and removal hearings are admnistrative proceedings, not judicial proceedings. Immigration courts are not part of the Judicial Branch of government. They are part of the Executive Branch under the DOJ.
