Has anybody else been found guilty of fraud to the tune of $460,000,000 for taking out a loan and repaying it? Has anybody else been told they must post $460,000,00 to appeal the ruling? Please cite examples.

Bernie Madoff, stealer of nearly $60 BILLION in pensions and retirement funds was given a $10 MILLION bond. The $464 Million was excessive and punitive. It was designed to bankrupt him, not to serve as collateral against judgement.
