He literally destroyed *2* previous vehicles within the last year...
There should be additional charges of Depraved Indifference Resulting in Vehicle Homicide.
Oh I agree that the kid committed murder or at a minimum manslaughter, and needs to spend “some” time in jail. My only issue was with people focusing in out his financial state. The kid could just as easily have been going over 100 in an old pickup truck.
