The bottom line on all this is Russia will use the relevant drugs to extract all needed information from who they captured.
They will announce it. No matter what they announce, someone will deny it.
So largely there is no point in an announcement.
They will take reprisals against large sporting or entertainment events in whoever funded and orchestrated. And hack whatever ISIS telegram channel or address to announce responsibility for the event.
Also, and this is critical, if there is any US or UK Swamp involvement whatsoever in this, Trump will expose it after elected.
They cannot allow his election. Assassination just became more likely.
