They are standoff cruise missile delivery vehicles— they are safe from Ukes limited fighter ability and the uke drones have to be flown great distances to get to the propeller turbo ancient bombers— which have their usefulness. All of Ukraine is now all 3/24 anyway under air raid alert- all of it.
