Kremlin propagandist Margarita Simonyan has accused Western intelligence of "direct participation" in a massacre at a Moscow concert hall that has killed at least 115 people and left hundreds injured.
The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for Friday night's attack on Crocus City Hall in which armed men entered and opened fire. The U.S., which had warned of an imminent terrorist attack this month, said that theory is credible.

The very first such briefing I had btw was by the FBI in a tech conference, It concerned the Unabomber attacks, in 1988.
My first thoughts would be an inside false flag job.

As for why I answer you, it is because you post assertions. That, in an argumentative venue, is like swishing your sword about and yelling “en garde!”. Which indicates a desire to cross swords, to engage. Asserting X, and then not (properly) defending it, is simply not done. Way too common here unfortunately, but still not right.
I did my postgrad (MBA) in Jesuit institutions, but all the rest of my education was Christian Brothers (La Sallians, FSC).
Russia has been suffering a two year spate of sabotage attacks from Ukraine. That indicates a rather poor state of internal security.
“And calling me names is not an argument.”
For some reason the pro-Russian folks prefer schoolyard epithets as opposed to fact based discussions.
Odds are one of them will read this very post and validate it by insulting me.
Shut up, imbecile... and please stay TF out of my inbox.
