Right. On top of that, they’re probably not even closing the stations, but will most likely sell them off.
As for EV stations... the only thing I can figure is that they may try and corner the market near high-volume night-life locations: restaurants, theaters, sporting venues, malls, and the like. As was mentioned elsewhere, they’d need to be located in areas where people might spend a couple of hours eating, shopping, etc.
