If they confiscate property and sell it and then Trump wins on appeal does he get the property back, or does the State of NY have to compensate him for his loss?
They can’t do anything with property except hold it as Bond while everything in on appeal. If they were to try and sell it and he wins on appeal then he get that money back plus interest, etc. and any damages.
