Georgia mother was arrested for allegedly encouraging her seven-year-old daughter to steal a woman's purse. The Newnan Police Department said that 28-year-old Kenya Butler was at The Juicy Crab with her daughter when she saw a woman's purse unattended in a booth.
Authorities said that Butler allegedly told her daughter to grab the purse. Her daughter snatched the purse, and then they left the restaurant along with others in their group, skipping out on a $500 bill.

The usual suspects.

Kenya? Let's talk about Africa
Click. Yup.
“ Her daughter snatched the purse, and then they left the restaurant along with others in their group, skipping out on a $500 bill.”

I’m detecting a modus operandi of certain groups.
No melanin surprise here. Just a mom passing on survival skills to her young.
But a chance for me to verbally hurt a different ethnic group.
In the late 1970s my wife happened to be looking out of our friend’s townhouse and could see the Arab woman pointing and directing her children “There, there’s some more bring me those, too.” The children were going through their neighbor’s vegetable garden, stealing all the vegetables the neighbor had spent months nurturing and watering. Arab woman was there as a type of today’s Section 8 and wasn’t a citizen.
Glad I had the memory jog today so I can say something against her and her children.
A cultural enhancer?
My ex used to send our then 4-year old daughter into dumpsters by the newspaper distribution center to retrieve the leftover, discarded Sunday coupon pages. Does that count?
No shock, moving on.
Nope that’s called “frugal.”
Bad case of kleptomania and had to take something for it. Self-medicating like that is not the way to go.
I haven’t spent much time in Newnan, but I always thought it was relatively sane. Maybe not.
And hey, learning how to climb out of dumpsters is a valuable life skill for 4 year-olds.
It is against the law to be frugal.
Think of all the things people once did that ate regulated now.For our own good.
a) How do you rack up a $500 bill at a place like that?
b) With a bill that large you’d think someone would keeep an eye on them.
