Last I looked maybe 41% of the GA population is either black or Hispanic. Even if Trump does ok with the Hispanics, it doesn’t take many urban whites to make it close. Out in many rural areas Trump gets 70%-80% of the vote, but GA has a huge minority population and that gives Dems a solid base to work from.
