Exactly. All of the banks, to my knowledge, testified, they had no problems with loans. They did their own due diligence made the determination to come to an agreement on terms, both parties excepted the terms and they were paid back. The taxpayers weren’t harmed, the banks were harmed, only her ego.
This is obviously, to me, a clear 14th and eighth amendment violation. How can you have a 400+ million dollar fine when they have been exactly 0 dollars of monetary loss to the parties involved?
