Bernalillo County deputies arrested Jaremy Smith Sunday morning in Albuquerque after a shootout in a neighborhood.

I guess the concept of keeping a low profile when you're on the lam was too much for him to handle.

Oh yea plus those federal gun charges are really worrisome.

I am sure they well add a lot to a couple life sentences.
