We all react with anger when we’re frustrated, don’t we? Some to a larger degree than others...How many times have we ever seen Donald Trump angry as Biden always seems to be? He’s either playing the buffoon (playing?) or is angry at everything and everyone. His SOTU address was nothing but a temper tantrum - well, in addition to a campaign speech.
