Speaking of James Comey ...
People who use “classification” to avoid embarrassment or to cover up wrongdoing are violating the law. It would be good to see such people prosecuted for their crimes.

Far Left Yahoo whining and crying because the Judge in this case of obviously partisan lawfare against President Trump is actually upholding the law.
She should throw the entire case out for selective prosecution. Biden had more secret docs, stored them in a much more insecure way and unlike President Trump, was not ever entitled to have those documents - yet he is not being prosecuted.

There's a simple solution: have every member of the jury pool undergo a thorough background check and then they would be cleared to review Top Secret materials. No problem!
It would only take a year or so to get it done. What's the issue?

What? Does the prosecutor expect to simply wave a manila folder in front of a jury and say “I have in my hand super secret documents that Trump mishandled?” Used to be, only in the movies. But now? Thank heaven for judge Cannon.

The prosecutor would have to rely upon ‘expert testimony’ where someone estabishes their credentials allowing them to testify that certain material falls within the perview of the Security Classification Guide. IOW, trust me, I’m an expert. While that maybe their only option, it’s not a good one.

One of the best movies ever! In 1964 Stanley really captured how messed up government is, a “satirical black comedy”, no a very real look at how governments operate today!

These are “experts” because the government says so.

Hush before fighting breaks out in the War Room and someone has to answer to the Coca-Cola company - all from the sapping of vital bodily essences.

“Department of Justice Special Counsel Jack Smith must now choose whether to allow jurors at the upcoming criminal trial to peruse through the many classified records found at the former president’s South Florida mansion or give jurors instructions that would effectively order them to acquit him. “
The issue for Smith is that the docs are innocuous and are overly classified.

Top 100 Movies list for sure. I'm trying to compile mine and what a glorious thread that will be.
Meanwhile back at the Mar-a-Lago Ranch failed Supreme Court nominee took advantage of his New Stasi appointment and raided the primary domain of his masters' nemesis, making extra-sure to violate Melania's undie collection.
I get he has anger issues over being passed over for over-partisanship but we don't need to know if he took those rumors about Hoover as true and is trying to emulate his idol. All together now: Ewwww!
