My question holds true when one considers the implications of not supporting Israel.

Only those willingly blind can't see the numbers; the majority of young men crossing into our country illegally without any vetting whatsoever.

By the way those crossing into our country right now illegally are not migrants. They are illegal aliens. They should have no rights or privileges and be deported back to their home country.

Or course we should seal the borders. But that has nothing to do with aid for Israel.
