“Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.”

Looks good on paper. But how long would it take for the congress to get together on this? They haven’t gotten together on anything in years. Anyway, they are not asking her to resign. They are asking her to let someone else run as the libs have determined she is not good for the ticket. And if she got mad and did resign, then who’s going to protect Biden from being evaluated and determined incapable of holding office. Now you’ve got a problem if you are liberal. If she’s gone, and the president goes down, the next person in line is a republican, speaker Johnson. This may be a stretch, but I’m guessing the liberals do not want that to happen. But that’s if she resigns. Conservatives couldn’t be that lucky. And we’re less than 8 months from the general election.

There would be serious political risks for Biden no matter what he does. And I’ll bet Jill (and the rest of the old white KKK legacy) is not happy with the prospect of Kamala taking over.
