It’ll never happ3en in Chicago. The mayor calls a mob of thugs “a gathering of teenagers” and doesn’t call crooks, crooks but constituents. And the second city will keep electing democrats, figuring if electing democrats didn’t help before, hey, lets try the exact same thing again.
Why not? It happened in NYC (which also has a Democrat mayor etc).
