McAfee kicked the can down the road. Trump is going to appeal if convicted and then Willis will have to prove her case again, but this time with additional evidence presented by the Trump Team. McAfee did what was politically expedient. He left an opening for the Trump Team while appeasing his liberal allies.
That was my take also.
