Actually Baris has been among the most accurate pollsters over the last several cycles. As for 2022, the Republicans did win nationally. They failed to perform in some key races though.
Same in 2020. Republicans did very well nationally. Picked up House seats and a lot of other down ballot races. Many ballots in swing states only had votes cast for Biden.
