At a minimum, the utter corruption has been laid bare nationwide. If he doesn’t remove her, it will be a huge issue on appeal.
My thoughts exactly. So much was exposed...it would be hard to not kick from the case at a minimum.
It would be like an umpire watch a guy sliding into home plate.....with the runner visibly not even reaching the plate on his slide, and getting tagged out by the catcher as well.
Calling him safe would make the umpire look like an incompetent or corrupt fool.
