“”significant limitations” surrounding Biden’s memory. “

I’m on board with Hur, but he could have given a more “just the facts” and less judgmental description of Biden’s performance.

So if someone was potentially charged with a sexual offence did anyone think their “memory” would play any part with the prosecution? Pure political BS. In the meantime his allies in the Demo party endorse that he is sharp and on the ball. Lol. Welcome to the fix as deep state has beaten the useless Republican Party to operational left-wing political success.

Listening to Hur’s testimony made me feel he was being polite in his assessment. He said he was tasked to write a CONFIDENTIAL report to AG Garland recommending action, or not recommending action and explaining his decision.

He explained that three legs had to be made to use the espionage act. The third one was intent and that’s when he said Biden would present himself to the jury as a well intentioned old man with memory problems. A conviction would be hard to get.

I felt he wanted to say there was no way a DC jury would convict their only hope to keep Trump out of the White House again.

I also felt he was being pressured from higher ups and that led to him resigning from the DOJ so he could speak more freely.
