Putin will absorb it and not do much rebuilding as it would take to much money away from rebuilding his military for the next country in line.

B.S. It really started in 2004 with Putin’s 1st assassination attempt against a Ukraine leader. After that Putin contined to overtly and covertly attempt to subvert Urkaine politics to subverting Ukraine to him. Biden’s stupid attempts at Clinton style influence peddling was not a cause for Putin’s invasion, though Biden’s weakness may have been an opportunistic excuse.
I don't believe for one second that Putin wants all of Ukraine or even more than a 3rd of it where the majority speak Russian.

Biden’s extra $trillions in spending and the additional borrowing for it are unnecessary for the health of the U.S., and can be zeroed out entirely.
And even the spending during Trump’s term was at least a $trillion more than needed, with whole departments that could be axed.
With that deifict spending zeroed out we can invest more federal dollars as we should, in the military.
Massive amounts of federal land in the states west of the Mississippi can be sold off and 100% of the proceeds used to pay down the federal debt.
Social secuirty and Medicare can be adjusted/reformed so that general taxes will not have to rise massively to pay their future deficits.
