I know this doesn’t mean much but 100 years ago Harlem NY was one of the nicest neighborhoods in America. Was mostly black then but nobody walked the streets in fear.

At the same time black literacy was a high priority. Much more than it is now which helps nobody except leftists who want to keep them on the plantation.

My dad grew up in NYC in the 1930’s. He said that Harlem was where most of the good entertainment and restaurants were.
