A psychiatrist who has worked with elderly dementia patients said President Biden exhibited signs of stimulant use to mask cognitive decline in his amped-up, aggressive State of the Union speech on Thursday.
Mr. Biden, 81, often raced through his remarks with the speed of an auctioneer, loudly shouting his words despite having a microphone in front of him.
Speed and volume of speech can be a sign of using Adderall or another amphetamine, said Dr. Carole Lieberman, a forensic psychiatrist based in Beverly Hills, California.

Correction: obiden raced through the speech that was written for him, like a bored hopped up auctioneer who just wanted to get through his lines without any mistakes.
Hal Turner — who admits having a cocaine problem at one time — says Biden was clearly “coked up.”
I dislike the polls about Joe being too old. The issue is not age, it is mental competence. I’ve had relatives and friends who were mentally sharp into their early 90’s.
One thing I notice is Biden’s inability to deliver a joke. His timing is always rushed. He’s reading a joke rather than delivering a joke. On the other hand, Trump’s comic timing is amazing. Trump gets a wry look on his face, leans into the podium, pauses for a moment and delivers the punch line.
Biden reads a speech (poorly). Trump reads a crowd (like a standup comic).

He absolutely has to have been. You can’t go from mumbling old man to hyped up without some drugs in your system.

I hated the process of visiting Mom behind those locked doors. Passing in or out you always had a group of inmates trying to get out. Pitiful souls. Always shuffling up and down the hall until they wore themselves out. Like fish constantly circling a huge aquarium in an endless circle.
Joe has two speeds, fast and slow. There is no in-between. You can tell when he’s been juiced. He talks so fast you can’t understand what he’s saying, and then there’s the other un-juiced Joe, who stammers and rambles repeatedly, and can’t put an intelligent sentence together.
Or all the old folks sitting in upholstered chairs in the community room. Just staring at each other. There was always one of the attendants sitting with them in case one tried to get up and escape (my Mom especially). Thank goodness for those places though.

I’m not a doc or a shrink either but I can tell you from personal experience that BRAINDEAD BIDEN was AMPED!
Way back then in my youth we used what we called “cross tops/dexies” to stay awake and alert while on post in the RVN.
After prolonged use they can make you do weird shit; like shooting an M-79 at a stump because your sure it’s moving and one of the little brown men.
YEAH; I know what a SPEED FREAK looks and sounds like.
