It’s not only a quote, but it’s on video with Biden saying this. I do not understand why Republicans do not post that video over and over and over again whenever they talk about voter fraud or election fraud. Since I do not think that Republican elected officials are stupid, my only conclusion is that Republicans don’t want to win elections.
Individual candidates do, as do entrenched elected officials.
The republican party never wants a majority.
