The judge in Harry's visa case has Harry's paperwork now. And nobody is talking about the tax dodger issue.

Meanwhile Neal Sean is reporting that the Harkles were invited to Balmoral, but per the King can only come if they bring both kids.

If hardball is being played I can't believe KCIII is doing it, but it did make me curious about something...

I knew surrogacy is legal in CA, but check out the UK.

Holy moly. That may explain a lot, eh?

If so, then the Palace really IS playing hardball.

If either or both of those kids were born as the result of a surrogacy agreement, the Harkles could be sued for custody if they bring them to the UK.

Bet the Harkles, the Palace, and the surrogate mother/s all know this very, very well...

And ain’t this interesting, from last year.
